The “Movement” Movement

A colleague of mine recently introduced me to Katy Bowman of the “Nutritional Movement” movement.

Katy realised after many years doing the gym / endurance “treadmill” that this did not work so well for her – so, after a lot of research, she transformed her approach towards encouraging natural movement.

She has a whole website and books to help you explore the ideas..
